Inside Out Beauty is a wellness event designed to inform and inspire you.
We have curated a lineup of esteemed experts in their fields with years of experience.
Kemi the Therapist (Kemi Omijeh)- MBACP-registered Psychotherapist; Kemi’s work supports children, families and professionals through evidence-based and trauma-informed practice. She’ll be speaking about processing and dealing with workplace microaggressions. If you’ve ever left a meeting feeling small and couldn’t quite explain why, this is for you.
Titiolami Bello - Qualified Nutritionist, Hair Coach & Founder of Ori Lifestyle; I’ll be speaking on Heritage Nutrition for Optimal Health, sharing what I’ve learned about eating in a way that actually supports our bodies, not a generic plan that was never built with us in mind.
