DAILY USE: You can use it daily after showering or for hair styling. Depending on hair length, put oil onto the palm and spread oil to the scalp and hair.

HOT OIL TREATMENT:

1. Heat your oil: Place your bottle in a bowl of hot water for 1 minute or until warmed.
2. Apply to your hair: Section your hair, apply the oil to your scalp, focusing on areas where you want to promote growth, then massage to stimulate blood flow and aid absorption.
3. Leave it in: Cover your head with a shower cap or plastic bag to lock in heat. Leave for at least one hour, or overnight.
4. Shampoo and condition: Consistency is key. For optimal results, integrate Grow Thick Oil into your regular hair care routine. Regular application and massage can significantly improve the health and thickness of your hair.
