After shampooing hair, add a generous amount to the
length of the hair. Leave it on for 5 mins before rinsing
out or leave it on for 15-20 mins if using as an intensive
treatment mask. Rinse out after desired time. Use the
product once a week if your hair is damaged, fragile,
thin, relaxed, texlaxed, coloured or if you use heat
frequently, otherwise, use once every two weeks.
